This cottage is just right for your relaxing vacation on the one of a kind Frye Island. Walk right out to your own private, sandy beach to swim, or relax or watch the sun set. Frye Island also has 13 public beaches, public 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, community center with entertainment for children, playground, basketball courts and much more! There is a General Store and Restaurant, that offers gifts and groceries, as well as a restaurant with lakeside dining, 15 beers on tap (14 craft!) and entertainment such as Trivia Nights and Karaoke Nights. And an ice cream stand, of course!!

The cottage has four bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, one with two twin beds and a crib, one with a bunk bed with the bottom bunk queen sized, and another with one twin sized bed. There is also an additional queen sized bed in the upstairs loft. The living area has a good sized table, two couches and large windows with a sunset view. Plenty of additional seating on the beautiful deck that looks out over the water. This property also has many wild blueberry bushes, ready in July for picking! Kayaks, rowboat, paddle boat and mooring available for rental.
